2012 Late Spring Registration Information

Registration will be on February 7, 9, and 16 from 6pm - 8pm at Red Hawk Elementary (front entrance) in Cedar Springs, MI.

Registration $50.00 / player
$45.00 / player for 3 or more from same family
Players must be 4 years of age by April 9, 2012
First time players require a Birth Certificate for age verification

On-line registration is now available until February 16. When you have completed the registration, print two copies. Bring one copy with your signature to an AYSO event (such as the dates) or mail it (with payment) to:

Registration Fees Refund Policy

Requests must be made in writing on the Refund Request Form – available at the concession stand or the website. Requests will be reviewed and refunds made based on the following schedule:

Requests made prior to March 12, 2012 - the uniform order date - Full Refund.

Requests made between March 13, 2012 and April 9, 2012 - after the uniform order date to but prior to the first practice – payment less $18.00.

Requests for refunds will not be accepted after practice begins for the season.

If you any questions, this a good opportunity to ask them during registration.

We will be asking parents if they would like to volunteer in any capacity to help the kids have a successful season.
